- Orders under $80 have a choice of either a flat $5 standard shipping fee or a $10 express shipping fee.

A. We ship to all Australian States and Territories.

Q. If I exchange an item do I need to pay for shipping?
A. To return the item to us you will need to pay the shipping costs. Once processed a store credit will be issued at which point you are able to place an order for the exchange item. Unfortunately as we are a small business we are unable to carry the cost of every exchange request we receive and therefore the standard shipping rates apply. For more information, please refer to our Return Policy here.

Q. Can I track my package?
A. All shipments are tracked through the Australia Post Track Your Item Tool. Please allow 24 hours from receiving your shipping notification for information to show up.

Q. What if I think my package is lost?

Q. How long will my package take to arrive?
A. Delivery times vary depending on location and are subject to Australia Post network terms. As a rough guide Standard Shipping is between 5-10 days, while Express Shipping is between 1-5 days.

Q. How long does it take to process my order?
A. Most orders are lodged with Australia Post same day when in stock or next business day at the latest. Should there be a delay for whatever reason we will contact you.
